Shipping & Delivery Policy
Processing Times Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery to the European Union We ship to all 27 EU member states. Estimated delivery times from dispatch are:
- Western EU (France, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Ireland) — 5–8 business days
- Southern EU (Spain, Portugal, Italy, Greece, Cyprus, Malta) — 7–12 business days
- Northern EU (Denmark, Finland, Sweden) — 6–10 business days
- Eastern EU (Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Slovakia, Slovenia, Croatia, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania) — 8–14 business days
These are estimates and may vary due to customs processing. As Zivvy UK is based in the United Kingdom, all EU orders are subject to customs clearance upon entry to the EU.
Customs & Import Duties Orders shipped to the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges vary by country and are not included in our shipping rates. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
Shipping Rates Standard shipping to the EU is £14.99. Free shipping is not currently available for EU orders.
Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this to monitor your delivery status.
