Free Worldwide Shipping

We're delighted to offer free standard delivery on all UK orders over £50. For orders under this amount, a small delivery charge of £3.95 applies.

Your order will typically arrive within 3-5 working days. We'll send you tracking information as soon as your parcel is dispatched so you can follow its journey to you.

Where are products shipped from?

All Zivvy UK orders are dispatched from our UK warehouse, ensuring faster delivery times and supporting local operations.

We work with trusted courier partners including Royal Mail and DPD to ensure your items arrive safely and on time. You'll receive an email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Refunds & Returns

What is your online return policy?

We want you to love your Zivvy UK purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return unworn items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached. Sale items and final sale pieces are excluded from returns unless faulty.

To start a return, simply log into your account and select the items you'd like to return. We'll provide you with a prepaid return label for your convenience.

Refunds & Returns process

Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the items within 2-3 working days. If everything is in order, we'll process your refund to your original payment method.

Please allow 5-10 working days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card provider.

If you'd prefer an exchange instead of a refund, please contact our customer service team and we'll be happy to arrange this for you.

Order Issues

Where is my order?

You can track your order at any time by logging into your Zivvy UK account and viewing your order history. We'll also send you tracking information via email as soon as your order is dispatched.

Vouchers & E-Gift Cards

Zivvy UK gift vouchers and e-gift cards are the perfect present for fashion lovers. They can be redeemed against any items on our website and never expire.

To use a voucher or gift card, simply enter the code at checkout. The value will be deducted from your order total. If your order exceeds the voucher value, you can pay the difference using any of our accepted payment methods.

Promotional discount codes cannot be combined with gift vouchers unless otherwise stated. Only one discount code can be used per order.
