Refund & Returns Policy

Your Right to Cancel (EU Customers) If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item(s), without giving any reason. This is your legal right under the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

To exercise your right to cancel, contact us at zivvyuk@gmail.com before the 14-day period expires. You must then return the item(s) within 14 days of notifying us.

Conditions for Returns Items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if items show signs of use or damage.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. We will refund the full price of the item(s), including standard delivery costs. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or Incorrect Items If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days at zivvyuk@gmail.com. We will cover return postage and offer a full refund or replacement.
